On 9/28, I called UHP ( basic home appliance insurance provided by the seller) to fix the heating/ac problem. They came and changed the thermostat. They installed Honeywell's programmable thermostat which costs 276$ and also changed the filter. I need to change the filter every 90 days. Because of insurance, I had to pay 93$ ( 85 plus the filter).
