This is not surely the simplest thing.  Well, many online tax softwares ( like hrblock) don't support efiling if you are a part resident of Wisconsin. Yes, WI state part is the most complicated one. I have  not found a single online tax service that supports state only efiling. If you find one, please let me know it. I shall add it here.
